Return and Refund policy

For UNOPENED & UNUSED tangible products, a REFUND of the purchase price is available providing:

1. The purchased item is returned within fourteen (14) days from receipt of item.
2. Our support group tests & confirms that Item is returned UNOPENED & UNUSED.
3. Customer pays all return shipping costs.

If all conditions above are met, refund amount will be purchase price minus any processing charges.

For tangible products that have been OPENED and/or USED, a 70% REFUND of purchase price is available providing:

1. The purchased item is returned within fourteen (14) days from item receipt complete with all accessories and factory packaging.
2. Our support group tests & confirms that item is in working & resalable condition.
3. Customer pays all return shipping costs.
